Cancellation Policy:
More than 48 hours’ notice: No charges will apply for cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Within 24 to 48 hours’ notice: Cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the total service cost. This fee compensates our staff for the lost time and work due to the short notice.
Less than 24 hours’ notice: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged the full-service cost. This ensures our staff is compensated for the last-minute cancellation.
Lux Method LLC Cancellations: If we need to cancel a cleaning due to extreme weather or circumstances beyond our control, we will promptly provide you with 1-2 alternative dates/times.
Repeated Cancellation Policy: Clients who exceed 4 cancellations within a 60-day period will be notified and automatically moved to monthly visits at the monthly quoted price.
Sickness/Covid Policy: Any cancellations due to illness or Covid exposure will be exempt from charges, and the fee will be waived.
Skip Fee:
- WEEKLY: Next visit will increase by $10.
- BI-WEEKLY: Next visit will increase by $15.
- MONTHLY: Next visit will increase by $25.
Late Fee: Lux Method LLC reserves the right to pause services 5 days after an invoice is past due. All past due services will have a $25 late fee attached to the final invoice.
